Who here is concerned about the dreaded "sophomore jinx" when it comes to TR?
Next season will be his 2nd one as a starter and it would be nice to think that TR is definitely our long term solution. Admittably, I'm somewhat concerned as opposing defenses definitely did a better job defending him in down the stretch last season.
Thoughts?

I am. But I was one that thought Tony Romo was nothing special to begin with. I admit I was quite surprised by his play early on, but then the last 6 weeks of the season he looked every bit the undrafted QB that he is. Of course people made millions of excuses for him, as is customary of Dallas fans (QC, Hutch). I dont know if he'll be horrible next year, but I am fairly certain he won't be as awesome as when he bursted on the scene in 06.

I thought you were a Prophet ? Dont you already know ?

I wouldnt be too concerned with a sophomore jinx with Romo. He has a lot of experience with teammates, and in the league. He knows what the expectations are.

As time goes on Romo will get more comfortable. He is already confident.

I would worry about the older WRs and Romo having to re-up at that position every year or two.

I'm somewhat concerned, but I'm hoping Garrett is prepared to cope with this.

That guy was a Henson fan, that tells you all you need to know about him and his QB perspective.

Romo will be excellent next year. No doubts about it.

I too did not believe TR was anything but BP's fair haired boy and was pleasantly surprised.
However, I do find it hard to fathom that your "signature" suggests that you are a Drew Hensen guy. He has yet to prove he can even compete in the NFL. Please explain to me just what it is that you see in DH. Thanks guy.

Romo has a way of throwing "clutch" passes, rare these days. I think he'll be okay. Having BP gone should HELP him.

God****. for the last time.

How many times do i have to explain my handle? I prefered Drew Henson over VINNY INTERCEPTEVERDE in 2004. Nothing more, nothing less. I thought just as much of Henson as I did of QC or Hutch. Go back through my post history, there's several times ive been critical of Henson's lack of ability to play.

Thanks for throwing me the life-line my friend. Our buddy, Hostile, took care of me and now I'm right back in the hunt....just as it should be. It's all good. LOL.

I liked Henson, but was never against Romo. What's your deal, bub?

Anyone that criticizes romo, to JSNtTO, is a Henson-licker.

Gee sorry guy, didn't mean to tick you off, I'm fairly new around here. Newsflash: Testy and DH have been off the roster for quite some time. Update your signature if you don't like being asked to explain it.

You criticize Romo any time you can. Seeing your idiotic former screen name helps me put 1+1 together.

I would like to see what Romo could do in a timing base offense.

That's great! Hostile was most helpful yesterday. Glad he was able to get you back in the fold. Good work Hostile!
