Anyone concerned about a "sophomore jinx" with Tony Romo???

Thanks buddy. Not sure why this guy felt compelled to keep it for so long. Geez. LOL.
It wasn't him. I am the only one who can change those. He can't. So blame me if you must. As he said he used that name in 2004 as the anti VT username and he was one of a few who asked to change when we dropped Henson. He hasn't clung to the past at all.

IN fact, truth be told he knows I hate his new username because we've discussed it. But the point is, I am to blame for the grief you gave him.

Thank you for your kind welcome, Hostile, Gbrittain, and Seven. I will endeavor to be just as interesting and informative in my future posts. ;)

I must warn you, though. My experiences as a regular poster on the AOL message boards have taught that, inevitably, my opinions will anger you.:D

I am. But I was one that thought Tony Romo was nothing special to begin with. I admit I was quite surprised by his play early on, but then the last 6 weeks of the season he looked every bit the undrafted QB that he is. .

I agree with this sentiment. I am in no way comfortable with Tony Romo. He's young and inexperienced, granted, but as I've said multiple times previously, his basic mechanics at times are horrible. We'll see........ It's a concern of mine.

No worries, Mate. Cyber muscles come in one size only. Post according to your forte. We have the luxury of the best anger management tool known to the free world.......The ignore feature.

We've all been victim to either being a "pissed off "or a "pissed on" and have truged forward, none the worse for the wear.

After all is said and done............:shake: (on a fairly regular basis;) )

You would not be worth anything as a poster if you did not occasionaly make for some good old fashioned disagreement.:D

Who here is concerned about the dreaded "sophomore jinx" when it comes to TR?
Next season will be his 2nd one as a starter and it would be nice to think that TR is definitely our long term solution. Admittably, I'm somewhat concerned as opposing defenses definitely did a better job defending him in down the stretch last season.
Thoughts?

I'm concerned not only about a sophmore jinx - but junior, senior, grad school jinx with Romo considering his lack of ablilities.

i'm concerned. every year there is a major problem with this team. whether it be romo or someone or something else, im sure it continue's next season:(

Oh hell man, I piss people off daily for one reason or another. It goes with the territory.

Since Romo already went through Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood, wouldnt that make 2007 a junior jinx? :lmao2:

Actually, we limped into the playoffs...literally. We melted down the stretch...literally. TR started out like a "house a fire" and ended very average.

How can you "limp into playoffs" when you are "IN" in week 15? (2 weeks early)

C'mon Mick. In all fairness the NFC east stunk. Dallas was struggling, no denying that.

Not really, but anyone who believes in a jinx has already defeated himself.
