Anyone else completely devastated and lost all joy in this season

The season is over. A veritable mash unit and Dak is finished. No ability to pass the ball to win against a feckless team. I am ready for Trey Lance.

I'm devastated TODAY. I wouldn't say I've lost all joy in the season yet for two reasons. One: I'm 48 and too old to learn to not be fooled by this team. Two: It would be just like us to come out and rout the Patriots before getting smoked by San Fran. Or maybe actually beating San Fran and then getting smoked. Who knows. The only certainty is, we won't be in the Super Bowl. I have no expectations for this season anymore.

No it wasn't. D was crapp. Not being able to stop the run had nothing to do w/ Diggs.

I am referring to the human element. They are not machines. You lose a teammate for the season during a one on one drills it will affect you emotionally. Especially when he is one of your better players.

It wouldn't bother me so badly if it wasn't part of a nearly 30 year pattern. Culture is rotten. GM, HC and QB1 this mediocre is a problem. Micah can't do it all himself.
