Man, next to the draft, the first week or so of FA is my favorite time of the offseaosn, even moreso than Traning Camp. Can't wait to see what goes down.

I have heard that by restructuring Larry Allen's contract and Marco Rivera's that we could free up a substantial amount of change. With the start of Free Agency about three hours away, has anyone heard anything about it?

Have these contracts been restructured? It seems to me that we would want to do this before free agency actually got going.

I don't know, it seems more like standing in line for a rollercoaster ride. You get all pumped for like 5 minutes once you get in the line but then you wait and wait and wait and finally get to the point that you realize you've stood in line too long to leave but know that once you make it to the front, the ride will be over in 12.3 seconds.
