Anyone else happy when Bledsoe threw that pick at the end of the first?

I have to say yeah or no. If Romo starts, I have to say yes because of the simple fact of going on with Bledsoe at the starting qb position makes me really sick in the stomach.

If Bledsoe starts I have to say no because of the simple fact he starting another week. Why just throw Romo in that type of situation and not start him in next week's game?

Yeah....I was thrilled that we threw away a chance to grab hold of momentum against a division rival in a game for first place.

Ask a real question.

what he said.

It's an odd thing.

I don't think there is anyone on the board here who dislikes what Parcells has done more than me.

So when something goes wrong there's a sense of "I've been saying this" satisfaction....but it is, by far, outweighed by my disappointment over things.

I'd LOVE to be wrong. It would be the best tasting crow ever served.

Any "fan" that was happy about that needs to go cheer for the eagles.

Yes, cuz things were so much better when Campo was here.

The fact that Parcells may be better than Campo is completely irrelevant and frankly.......who isn't better than Campo?

Honestly, I have to admit I was. I am a die hard fan. I supported Drew Bledsoe, but I honestly was saying to myself that a change needed to be made. I figured if we win this game, no way Bledsoe doesn't play for the rest of the season. To me this game was a neccesary evil. We needed to take a step back to take a step forward. I still don't know what we have in Romo, but I would rather waste a season trying to find out instead of bordering between Bledsoe having great games against bad teams and stinking it up when you put any pressure on him. We would die quickly if we ever got into the playoffs with him. We couldn't use our weapons. I just wondered if anyone else was thinking the same way during the first half.

If you were happy that he threw an INT, then you are NOT a fan.

Yes Rack, I cannot argue with your point of view.

Parcells is better than Campo.

Now, let's not go around bursting bubbles.

The way I see it Parcells has made only 2 critical mistakes.

1. He didn't hire a REAL OL coach (Warback, or whatever his name is, sucked).

2. He didn't bring in a good DCoord. One that already KNEW his system.

The QB situation, not much he could do. He wanted Delhomme, but Jerrah let him leave w/o a contract. He seemed to be making progress with Q then, well, we all know what happened with that. He tried to bring in veterans, but that hasn't worked out. At least he brought Romo along slowly (like it should be done) and we MAY have a future there. But the QB situation was toast before he got here, and it is actually improved since he's been here.

But like I said, the DC and the OL coaches... biggest mistakes.

I'm just curious, at what point does Parcells take a hit for games like last night?

That is PATHETIC.....To be happy for something bad to your team is pretty sad.

Parcells wasn't the one missing blocks, throwing ints, giving up big plays, etc...

At what point are the players (other then the QB) held accountable?

i was very pissed off. it cost us momentum and possibly the game. it was just STUPID plus i never would have thought tuna would pull him... especially mid-game. sadly, i felt keeping drew in would give us a better shot at winning last night... even though i wanted drew on the bench since game-1 if not game-2. romo needs a week or two with 1st offence and a gameplan for him at QB to be put in position to succeed.

This kind of thinking just boggles my mind.

Happy? Happy?

Man, priorities are screwed up.

you can hit him for starting the season with drew or the roster but the rest is simply on the players. i mean if you get manhandled you get manhandled... no coaching can change the fact.

Oh, I was was just ecstatic when drew through that ball........just about as ecstatic as I was to see Romo(the future, the hero, the savior) throw the hat trick, 1 for a TD and match Drew's worst performance of the season and do it only a single half.......

Who's players are they?

Who brought them here?

It's HIS team now.

I'm simply asking, when is it Parcells' responsibility?

Yeah, he's taking quite a bit on local radio today. Quite a bit. And not just for last night.
