The guy clearly gets his hands against Owens chest and arm long before the ball gets there.

You sir, are correct. In defense of Owens(upon further review), especially with all that contact on him, it was an impossible catch(don't know why he got so much flack here for that).

But who cares? We won, and we're 5-0.

The pass to Hurd in the endzone could have been flagged for PI. The defender(Terrence Mcgee, I think) climbed over Hurd early, from my view. But Morelli's crew were less obviously bribed than the gang in Chicago 2 weeks ago.

This is why both of these wins are so sweet-it's always nice to come out on top when you were getting shafted the whole time. It's as if you're sticking it to them.

The no force-out call on TO bothered me most...he would have clearly come down with both feet in. They had two refs there to make that call and they both missed it. Unless I clearly don't understand the rule...they messed that one up big time.

Where was the challenge?

Okay Here is the P.I.

And here is another thing I noticed about the play. T.O. Has the ball in his hands and both feet on the ground before it is striped isn't the play over at this point? The ref is standing right there.

Then as he falls to the ground and the defender rips his arms out from behind the ball it comes free. But the play is already over right?

I think we got screwed twice on this one play. How do you like that irony? basicly the bills payed the refs to help them lose. LOL

This was another poorfly officiated game where the 'Boys were involved. It's becoming more and more disturbing how this is becoming a trend. As for the TO pictures, nice job. I also was screaming because TO had posession and both feet down and then was stripped. I've seen TD's called for less where the receiver get hit in the endzone and the ball pops out but it's still ruled a TD. He was screwed not once, but twice on that play.

As for a "gift win", yeah right. I must have been dreaming when the 'Boys drove 80 yards down the field in the last two minutes, scored a TD, lost the two point conversion, recovered the onside kick, drove within field goal position, then made not one, but two attempts at the winning field goal from 50+ yards.

The 'Boys sure do work hard for their "gifts".

How about the "Delay of Game Penalty" on TO in the first half for spiking the ball......

This is the only call that made absolutely no sense. Some of the others could have gone this way or that...but that call was just plain silly.

All that said, the penalties were not the problem. Gift wrapping the ball for them and providing express lanes to the end zone were the problem.

And we overcame an enormous amount of self-fueled meltdown to win the game. Everything else is simply used as tape review now.

Meh. The game seemed like it was officiated okay. I mean, yeah, that play in the end zone to TO was a little iffy, but man, there is no way he is calling that on what basically, at that time, is a game deciding play. It would have had to be blatant.

And the buzz in? Wade explained it pretty well in his PC today. The buzz went in, but the officials had to make sure that the Cowboys could actually get a play off before the clock ran out. That way, they're not stopping the clock for the Cowboys when we might not have had enough time to do it ourselves. Makes sense.

What's funny about the review though, after having watched the last couple of minutes of the game, is just the absolute confusion on the Cowboys sideline. Then you get Wade basically sending players in off the sidelines to basically ask "What the hell is going on?" to the refs. Then there's another shot soon after of Romo explaining to him what the refs told him. I just found it amusing that at one point we had two QBs on the field both trying to find out for Wade what was going on. :D

I'm still trying to figure out that call against TO for spiking the ball. Gimme a break.

I know we'll complain about the non calls, but jeez....Flo was holding like a madman on the final drive before the game winning FG, we were lucky there as well. :)

that one was BS -- but TO sets himself up for that stuff with the celebrations that he knows are not legal. it gives the refs a hair trigger with him

Hey,

I am not crying or anything, but i did notice atleast 3 penalties in the second half that weren't called, and i scratched my head and was wandering what was up?Here are the 3 that i came up with:

1.The running into the punter play in the 3rd
2.The no-call on the force out of TO,when he was clearly pushed
3.The faceguarding/pass interference call on the two point conversion

Just glad for the boys to get a win outta that mess lastnight

The defense did play well
Owens was the involved in two of those...

He also had a flag thrown for a "spike" which...well, wasn't.

If that had been Randy Moss on the sideline, think he gets the push-out call? If it's Welker in the endzone on the 2pt conversion, do they call PI against Reeves or Nate Jones?
