Anyone else sick of the Roy Williams Commercials?

He has two commercials that play almost constantly on the NFL network... the United Way commercial and the 1800 players 1800 stories commercial.

Is he really so good that he should have these high profile commercials? I used to think so, but right now I just think he should spend less time acting and more time getting in shape and practicing.

I always liked the guy, but constantly hearing how he closed himself off from the local media because they did not play him up like the national media (aka, ESPN) and hearing about how he did not watch a lot of game tap and didn't give a ton of effort really has made me sick of this guy.

He's a Cowboy and I want him to do well. But he is not a super star, he is no Peyton Manning. He should shut up, get in shape, watch a lot of game tape and get back to the player we all thought he would be early in his career. Until he does that then I'd really prefer to see guys like Witten, Newman, Ware, Romo, or even Owens on TV rather than Williams.

Some of those are older commericals.

It's Peyton I could do without. We could have Pacman do commercials for Ruger and Glock.

Rub some dirt on it

I am going to give you information that some men have killed or died for...information that will change your life.

When something comes on your TV that you do not like or are just tired of seeing.

There are buttons on this magic device where you can switch the channel for a few minutes.

Yes it is an old and ancient device...once wielded by the powerful merlin.

The same four commercials on the NFL Network, over and over? Surely, you jest.

We knew in that huddle, there was a group, destined to apply the kind of pressure, that had not been seen before.

After 15 years of working, to finally reach the pinnacle. I still get shivers.

I turned around, Lauren said, daddy, we're world champions. That was a special moment. (lip quivering)

Me too.
I like Roy and I'm not ready to write him off because some bloated coaching relic decided not to adjust to other teams game plans leaving certain players weaknesses exposed while under utilizing the abilities of others.
Enjoy Bristol.
