Anyone ever have a partially torn labrum?

I can actually do most things with my shoulder except a throwing motion.

I'm just curious as to what exercises I could do to start strengthening it? I have PT next week and would like to get a head start as I have a bachelor party weekend with lots of golf in the plans in palm springs I gotta be ready for!

The MRI actually calls it a "non-displaced tear of the base of the mid to inferior posterior labrum".

Join CrossFit today and do all exercises as instructed. That Labrum should feel great in no time!:D
