Watching the games it feels like if romo was playing they would've won most of these games.

I have not watched the game but I refuse to believe the receivers are so bad they are unable to get open long enough for the QB to complete a pass. 97 yards? Really? This is Babe LaughingBoy bad.

In the NFL, wins are predicated on good QB play. The simple truth is the Cowboys are not getting good QB play while Romo is out.

That was tongue-n-cheek, right?

But if not; they would have won 4 of those games almost certainly. And even the dynamic of the New England game would've been way different...though I'd still stick us with that loss.

We would be 6-1, give or take a game. We easily would have won against New Orleans, New York, Seattle. New England and Atlanta would be toss ups, but very winnable.

We would've beat New England handily. Atlanta would've been that weird game.

I'm trying to sound as unbiased as I possibly can, but I really don't see this team with more than one loss, if that, with Romo

Only loss would probably be to the Patriots.

And even in that game I think we would have won it. You sacked Brady five times in the first half and only managed to put up 3-6 points? I definitely think Romo would have taken advantage of that and probably would have had us sitting w a pretty good lead at half

I think everyone feels that way. The only game that wasn't a game at the end was the Patriots. With Romo, we win those close games and they most likely aren't even close.

But if the Cowboys could've extended some drive i believe they beat the Pats, which is what Romo would've done.

Very true. And I believe the coaching hasn't helped at all

I'm counting on film breakdown from one of the experts on this board :D before I blame coaching. I would like to see if receivers were getting open but the QB could not find them.

Since I missed the game, I can only comment on the yards passing. To win, the QB needs to perform better, even if it was against a great defense. Just two to three big plays could have been the difference. I believe JG said the Cowboys made three big plays on offense. Not good enough.
