Anyone have video or info on Williams Personal foul?

I did hear from one of the Ticket radio guys talking this week that the Personal Foul penalty was from verbally abusing a ref. Like name calling or some such. The league has been cracking down on cursing refs this year. I understand the frustration but that lack of discipline can cost you a game. C-Will has become an embarrassment for this team.

If this dude was mouthing off and insulting refs he deserves it. Might not agree with refs on their calls, but this type of **** is disrespectful and puts a bullseye on you and your team. Really sick of this dude 52

He’s a good solid player and nearly every team would love to have Connor Williams but my hope is Dallas replaces him with a mauler. Someone more like Leary who doesn’t get man handled as easy.

Heck that guy might already be on our roster.

Your post is very good, except he has been an embarrassment for some time as a performer.

The ref caused confusion by not announcing it as a dead ball foul, it made it look like we lost a down.

It can't be a dead ball foul. Cursing the ref or launching the flag is a dead ball foul. Dallas would have been penalized 25 yards. They weren't. The personal foul had to be the horse collar hold.

the PF had to be dead ball, because Dallas lost a down. The play with the penalties was 2nd down, the next play with the pass to Lamb was 3rd down, then the missed FG on 4th. If NE accepted a live ball penalty, 2nd down would have been replayed.

No. Dallas got called for holding and a personal foul. That's 25 yards in total. They were penalized 15 yards to make it 3rd and 25, not 3rd and 35. They got 24 yards in a pass to Lamb.

I can't recall which holding call this was. The one where he reached back and grabbed the guys shoulder pad and jersey or the one where he was in front and holding the DT by the shoulder pad and jersey. One was clearly a penalty and the other was very borderline.

I could be wrong but I thought it was the one where he reached back and grabbed the shoulder pad. If so , it was blatant
