Anyone know a good free PDF program?

I'm looking for a free PDF program that can merge multiple PDFs into one, and also export into excel.

Anyone know of any?

I always have Libre Office installed. (even when MS Office installed) Libre Office has PDF plugins that can import and update PDFs. You could try that.

Most other ones you have to pay for.

I don't export into excel, but for my splitting, merging, and rotating needs, I use pdfsam (it's free)
