Keyshawn did NOT say he would give the Cowboys the chance to match any offer he got.

He said that he could see himself signing back with the Cowboys and would give them the opportunity to do so, but that he WOULDN'T show them what he's been offered and tell them to match.

Maybe this report that the BOys tried to get him back just before he signed meant that at BP's urging, JJ made the call- and JUST MAYBE forced the Seahawks to up their offer. BP's way of rewarding Key by getting JJ to make the hawks pony up more.
