Anyone notice Stanback in the game?

I haven't seen this mentioned, but apologies if it has been. Did anyone notice Stanback playing at the end of the game? It was trash time, so unfortunately they didn't throw any passes at that point. I kept hoping they would toss one, just to see what he did with it.

I noticed him, too.
Problem is, with Brad Johnson in the game, the only way Stanback could of got the ball was via handoff :rolleyes:

Assume hs ran some routes and got use to the flow and speed of the game. Frankly, it sounds like they developing him at a sound steady pace. I'm sure Garrett will study the film to see how well he ran his routes, got off the LOS, etc. What we don't need is for Romo to throw a pass to Stanbach expecting him to be one place but too late discover he's not where he's supposed to be.

Of course they could have come up with a few plays specifically designed for him and wanted to see things from him before actually throwing to him.
