Anyone notice TO pouting?

Hey Cowheel. I can see what you are saying but I don't think pouting is the is the best word to use here. Did T.O. look dissapointed that he didn't get the ball? Slightly I would say. Did he try to show up his QB? Not at all. Did he give up on the play? I don't think so.

Maybe if you would've said 'Did anyone see how dissapointed T.O. was when he didn't get the ball when he was wide open?' That would've went over better if not, slightly better than what we have going on in this thread.

I think it was Witten's second catch.
T.O was open on the slant but Romo was looking at Witten the whole way.

The thing that bothers me... TO stopped to pout while Witten was still running... and TO lets a would-be tackler run right by him.

Troublesome...

Wow...I have never seen so many ridiculous threads in one day...from the plethora of B Johnson sucks threads, to the bring back Joe A thread, to now this...people...lets keep it together. Its PRE-season!!

Cowheel, was this your first football game? That is the only way what you said here could make any sense. Because that happens ALL THE TIME and means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

:lmao:

There was no pouting on that play.

People just see what they want to see I guess.

Ok, show of hands, how many of you guys honestly watched the video before attacking the OP?

Also, the OP showed no anti-Owens resentment in this thread. I see what he's talking about with Owens, but the WR just wanted to have some fun, I think he's more disappointed that he didn't get thrown to.

As for pouting, I definitely wouldn't call it that. As for letting a would-be tackler go by: 1. it's preseason, 2. that wasn't the tackler, by a long shot.

Some of us are wayyyyy too defensive :(

I've watched that clips several times & despite best efforts I just don't see TO pouting. Sorry. Besides, it will be impossible for Romo to get the ball to TO every time TO thinks he's open. Just not going to happen.

At the :37 mark TO is open and has some space... he could have got some good yards... but he doesnt score... the space was closing fast.

So... TO wanted the ball in space and didnt get it and clapped his hands as if to say missed opportunity. BIG DEAL. I prob do same thing.

Nothing to see here.
right on point.

quick, cut him! before the sky hits us

yap i think that was a sure sign that TO is really frustrated and so decided to destroy the team...

i predict we will finish 1-15, Tony Romo will be released, TO leaves the Ranch and Pacman gets thrown into prison (for what i don't know but i am sure someone will figure out something).

ah an our only win comes against the Commanders who of course win the super bowl.

:banghead: :banghead:

You can see Romo say something to T.O. as they are huddling after the play to explain what he saw and the reason he threw it to Witten. No big deal, just a play in pre-season.

No worries here.:D

TO was helping the rookie after his fumble and was jumping up and down very excited when Austin made that nice leaping catch.

People like to magnify T.O.'s "negative" actions, while ignoring his "positive" actions.

Who said I hated TO?
*** are u talking about?

I just pointed out the dude stopped & pouted during a play because he didn't get the ball.

Can't say anything negative about anyone on this team huh? lol

Defensive are we?

Don't worry about it. Some around here can't handle simple truths.

no, didnt see anything like that and havent since he's been here

on the other hand I did see him talking and appearing to help a few of the WR's, and might have been the first one to greet and talk to Amendola after he fumbled

Is this supposed to mean something?

As for TO, I think it's obvious his positives outweigh his negatives since he's been here. But it's also obvious, by the responses to the original post in this thread, that many can't handle any negative observations.

I don't think that it was so much of a negative observation, but more of a splitting of hairs, hoping to see something/anything of a negative mannerism with T.O. during the game in hopes of sparking a debate that the lockerroom and team chemistry is in jeopardy.

I personally do not believe that this thread has any substance to it.
