Anyone out there know about, or ever had, a PCL injury?

I think I've figured out that I may have one... Nothing too serious, but I'm wondering if there's any rehab you would recommend, and how long it might take to heal.

Whatever your recory timetable is, double it.

Ive had a sprained knee for almost a year now b/c I rushed back and still dont let it heal fully.

Cant afford to sit out 2 months, Id get fat

So what happened to yours and what was the treatment and rehab?

Mine (if that's even what it is, I haven't been to a doc) wasn't that bad, but today it got a lot worse. I'm hoping it's still nothing serious, but it still sucks.
