Being cut humbled him. I think he learned the hard way that he really DID have to earn a spot on the team. I'll tell you this - that he did. Even though Dallas had an OL injury, they didn't have to sign Holland. They could've gone elsewhwre. But after being cut Holland went straight to work and took off the weight. He proved he belonged and that's whay he's back. And the proof was in his play. Wow!

from hearing all the fat comments dude looks nowhere near sloppy weight wise. i was never really down on him, thought he should have gotten more time last year while LD was struggling. he is never going to be great but he has been solid when we call his number, despite what ppl say. and it was a good interview, thanks for sharing.

I was just gonna say that. Looking at him in that tank top, that's not a fat guy that's just a big boy.

And for anyone who's gonna say he's lost 10 lbs since, really? Just picture 10 more lbs on that guy and let me know if it's even gonna be visible in that interview.

It'll be interesting to see if it's Holland or Dockery, once Dockery makes it back from his injury at 100%.
