Anyone still doubt Cole Beasley?

There has been a recent noticeable increase of communication regarding the positives that our second year player is bringing to the mix. We won't get too deep into last year. Let's just remain content with the understanding that the prevailing opinion was on the opposite end of the spectrum. Thank goodness we didn't get rid of the guy when everyone was calling for his head on the heels of him walking for personal reasons and eventually returning last camp. The other thread aroused my curiosity. Is there anyone out there who hasn't flip flopped and still believes Cole has no place on this squad?

I want to see more usage of The Beas. His role moves the chains and keeps defenses honest- more big plays available for Dez.

I was not impressed much last year because we have several people do well in camp and do not do anything. However, I saw him growth his trade this past camp. I thought he may turn into a young welker some day. I have been pleased with his contributions so far in this campaign.

I feel our offensive personnel has all the right pieces to puzzle supporting Romo. Dez (the playmaker/home run hitter), Williams (Sky high-potential possession receiver), Beas (Shifty reliable slot WR), Witten (no description needed), and a line that can give Romo time. Every one has their role and from the past few weeks, it seems like its working.

No linebacker or slot db can touch him in space. He is an opposing defense coordinator's nightmare. So what do you do? You can't take coverage away from Dez or TWizzy. All you can do is buckle in and go for a ride on Valley Ranch Airlines.

I wasnt convinced there was a place for him on the roster just because his lack of ST skills and I figured Smiles and Harris would be ahead of him on the depth chart. The fact that we are not only using his skillet, but using it appropriately, pleases me greatly.
