Anyone workout at CowboysFit?

I am hoping to get a couple workouts in while in town. Anyone workout there? How much is a day pass?

I worked out there when I went to a couple days of training camp.

I was staying at the hotel on the property, so they gave me a couple day passes for free. But if I remember right, it usually costs ~$20 for a one-day pass.

Overall, it's worth it, just for the experience.

Just while I was there, I talked to Babe Laufenberg for about 5 minutes. I also passed by Jeff Swaim, James Hanna and Jamiel Showers but didn't bother them while they were lifting.

Unfortunately ran out of time and did not make it to the gym. Hopefully next year when I am back for another game.
