One encouraging thing over the last two years was the boys willingness to do things mid season or later. Hankins was a BIG pickup last year; maybe many did not think so at the time but it is clear now it was. Maybe Leonard can have the same impact. We still need to do better against the run.

This team has done a great job this year adding in veteran players to help (Gilmore, Cooks, Evans etc.).

Thats the way to the Super Bowl. Draft well, re-sign your own, add solid vet depth.
