Add two more names into consideration for the Cowboys tight end job: Doug Nussmeier, who has been the offensive coordinator at Alabama, Michigan and Florida, and Brian Pariani, who has been an NFL assistant for all but two seasons since 1991, have talked with the team, according to sources.

Brian Pariani (born July 2, 1965) was an American football tight ends coach in the National Football League (NFL). Since 1994, Pariani has worked every season alongside Gary Kubiak, for the exception of the 2005 season, when Pariani worked at Syracuse University.

On February 7, 2016, Pariani was part of the Broncos coaching staff that won Super Bowl 50. In the game, the Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers by a score of 24–10.[1]

Pariani was fired from the Denver Broncos on January 12, 2017.​

Well if we want a TE coach the guy is pariani, if we want a guy to teach kellen how to do his job and let witten coach the TEs then nussmeier is your man.

"He was the quarterbacks coach for John L. Smith, his college head coach, at Michigan State for three seasons (2003-05) before moving on to the NFL,[4] where he was the quarterbacks coach under head coach Scott Linehan for the St. Louis Ramsfor two seasons (2006–07). "

Yep. His first big-time job was at Michigan State, where all great minds are cultivated.

either or is fine. we really dont do much for our TEs unless they can do it themselves. let the person either collect a check or just leave the position open.
