Lol look at the stats I previously posted... RW11 only beat Heyward-Bey in his rookie year last season, the other 5 WRs beat him.Jarv;3354656 said:Maybe in their rookie year.

no wait
How about Roy Williams?
Value trades of late like Santonio for a 5th are smart trades, but anything higher than a 4th for a player can be a risky proposition.Romo 2 Austin;3354912 said:No I mean like trading a 5th round pick for a 26 year old super bowl MVP, or trading a 5th round pick for a proven OLB.

Roy E Williams 38 rec 596 yards
Crabtree (missed 5 games) 48 rec 625 yards
Heyward-Bey 9 rec 124 yards
Maclin 56 rec 773 yards
Percy Harvin 60 rec 790 yards
Hakeem Nicks 47 rec 790 yards
Kenny Britt 42 rec 701 yards
So in the end Roy E Williams only beat out Heyward-Bey..... That's one outta 6.... So 83.33% of the 1st round receivers from last season alone beat Roy Williams....
Out of the receivers on that list, how many of them would their teams swap them straight up for Roy Williams?thechosen1n2;3355065 said:you can tell by the round number of 95% that i was just using a number, but the point is I truly believe picks are overrated. So many are crap shoots.
On the list of receivers that you have, how many TDs did they give the team. Now ask yourself this...how many of those guys would a team trade there first round picks for. Harvin probably has 3 to 4 years left on his contract, he did a very good job as a rookie, and you still could only get a 2nd or 3rd for him. Didnt Brandon Marshall only get denver a 2nd. Now props to Miami for only giving up a 2nd, and negotiating that deal, but Marshall for teams in need of a WR is worth a 1.
