Are Giants still number six seed?

I think they are. A lot of people have said earlier that the last team we want to play again is the Giants. Does that still hold true for those that thought that way? IMO if we play the Giants in the postseason, we wipe the floor with them

I don't really care to play them in the playoffs. Eli always seems to play well against us, even if he's played bad for weeks leading up to the game.

The Giants have quit though. I think they lose to Washington next week as well and miss the playoffs so it could be a moot point. We might play somebody like the Packers, 49ers or Rams

I know it may sound dumb after what we just saw and the way they're playing , But I don't like our matchups or the situations against them.
They will be big underdogs against us ,and that could be dangerous.

Nope ,don't like it a bit.

I don't think Dallas wants to see the Rams. They have a running game and the receivers to beat our secondary.

But, their defense is suspect.

Define 'backing into the playoffs'.

I'd much rather face Packers or Niners than the Giants.

The Giants win tie-breakers. Giants are alone at the 6th seed.

that doesn't come into play until the end of the season, so right now, they are tied with a rack of teams for that final playoff spot

agreed, though I think we beat all those teams. Te Rams are probably the most dangerous team left.

No team has any seed locked up right now except for the Bears, so I'm not sure what your point is. If the playoffs were to end right now, they'd be the 6th seed. That's what the OP was impliedly asking.

just because they beat the Skins today? the Rams suck

my point is that the Giants are among 5 or 6 teams w/ a 7-8 record

Me too, but only because I have friends I could talk trash to.

My uncle is a Niners fan and my cousina Packers fan so a playoff game would be interesting to say the least.

Are you sure? The Giants and the Packers have the best conference records of the 7-8 teams, but I'm not sure who wins that tiebreaker because I don't feel like lookng up their common opponents.

if they both win they will tie on common opponents (1-4 each). It then goes to strength of victory which favors New York, I believe.
