The reason I watch everyday but rarely post is the level of General Managership on this issue demonstrates a frustrating lack of judgement.Multiple posting doesn't make anyone more right.
Here's the point there's no such thing as a #1 receiver,no such definition,exists. "See the ball, catch the ball",see Mohammed Sanu,Rob Gronkowski.Pressuring the defense is all that counts for winning on offense, now Hurns and Williams are drawing double teams. If someone thinks Dez is overpaid at 12.5 million this year explain Robinson,Watkins,Landry,all with similar numbers over the past 4 years averaging 14+ million per year.That's the market,especially in a weak WR draft.
We now are confronted with wasting a number one draft choice because a reach for a WR is now on the table instead of a dropping Vea Vita,or the second best Guard Wynn or Hernandez,either of which could be "plug and play" more readily than any rookie wide receiver. You don't have to be a Dez fan to be very disappointed with the waste of an asset here.
