Are NFL League Offices open today?

Is this going to be one of those days we really are not going to hear about much because the offices are closed?

Someone please slap me if this is a stupid question, but I seem to recall previous years sitting around on Sunday's and not hearing anything because the League Offices are closed.

I just can not remember if that included the first weekend of FA or not.

Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Assume league offices closed today, but wouldn't they have been closed yesterday as well. Just because all 32 teams are out meeting and signing FAs, doesn't mean these offices opened.

Looking at KFFL, it obvious teams scheduling visits today but little about the Cowboys. If Cowboys have plans, they better at keeping them secret then the U.S. Government is. Maybe when Parcells retires, the Government should hire him to oversee security.

Anyway, back to your question. If any NFL team signs a "big" player (like Vinatieri), you better believe they will get the word out or some enterprising person at airplane checkin counter, taxi driver, hotel employee or somewhere will report having spotted him in town & someone in Dallas media will keep check on Cowboy activities (for what that's worth of course).
