None actually stopped Dallas as much as we stopped ourselves with bad mistakes and with all the mistakes we have made we were still in a position to win or tie the game up.

It has not been the defense alone offense killed themselfs aginst Philly when we had the ball in the redzone to tie it up only to have the int for a TD. Aginst the Giants same thing with costly mistakes and turnovers

The X-factor in those losses on offense was Drew Bledsoe, he killed the team with his knack for taking the sack and turning it over at inopportune times in those losses against the Jags 17 pts, Eagles 24 pts, and the Giants 22 pts and had chances to win all of them but it was the Cowboys themselves who lost those games.

With Romo, all of the sudden we're scoring 28 pts a game and we have the NFL's best redzone offense imagine that we have the Colts, this week with their second ranked offense coming I'm not so much worried about the Colts, scoring because they will the common enemy is the Cowboys, will they kill themselves with penalties or will they come out and play the best football of the season the Colts, are beatable but we can't make mistakes and give the Colts, short field to work with.

Another thing we better watch out for as a poster mentioned recently is the zebras you can bet your bottom dollar that they will try as much as they can to give the Colts the game with some of their calls just like the New England game where they gave the Colts, a fumble that shouldn't have been a fumble in the first place and the Troy Brown "unsportsmanlike conduct" that shouldn't have been the X-factor isn't the Colts, or the Cowboys it will be those zebras.

True but when your hurting yourself there is something you can do about it. When your being dominated and shut down it is because the other team is superior to you and I have yet to see any games this season where I felt that we were dominated. Which makes these loses more aggregating than if we had gotten man handled.

Sometimes you're hurting yourself because the other guy is in your head.

Stopped and dominated are 2 different things. If you lose, you were stopped. It doesn't matter if the other team beat you up or not. The scoreboard still says they scored more points and stopped you.

Well I can handle a team being better more than I can seeing guys screwing themself. One can get correct the other can't

Was it a win or a loss? That is the litmus test. All the rest is spin control to try and feel better. Which column did the game go under? The W column? Or the L column?

If you say the L column, that means we got stopped.

Oh yeah, one more thing. 22 points and 379 yards doesn't mean much. Last weekend Cincy scored 41 and had 545 yards of offense and still got stopped.
