There seems to be some odd trends that make me wonder if the cowboys are still in the rebuilding phase, not quite were they want to be and arent sweating things to badly.
We draft almost all defense, and playing the rookies ahead of veterans to get them experience (for next year?) odd but understandable.
Look at positions we could of drafted but did not, WR, QB, OL,(except late round picks) very little offense help.
Brought in FA, Bledsoe, Ferguson, Rivera. kinda shows me GLover and Ellis will be cap casualties next year (due to rookies stepping up taking charge) Bledsoe has a few years left and we could draft a QB for him to groom! (Hint Henson will be gone)
Bills see's this year as a solid building foundation with his player's in place. If we go 8-8 thats Ok, as long as the team builds it cohesion and get smarter. There will be bumps in the road, he will chew there A**'s, but they are in the learning phase. I think he likes what he sees just understands we are a year or two away. I.E the Bengals. Rebuilding has to be done right and Face it the COWBOYS were in terrible shape just like the Bengals. We are on the right path we just cant expect to be 10-6 because of solid draft,
Listen to his press conference carefully, he understand the rookies are going to make mistakes and he is willing to live with it this year,
