They seem to play there best when their routine is unchanged.

They were less than sharp after their bye week against the E-Girls.

Less than sharp against the Vikings, playing on a Thursday Night.

Should we be concerned that this tendency will affect them after their mini bye against the Migets next week ?

The Vikings game was their 3rd in 12 days.

Hopefully the Vikings game was the wake up call they needed. Expect a dogfight every game and win.

If by creatures of habit would you mean playing down to the opponents level or looking past an opponent? I just don't get that feeling from this team. To me there just seems to be focus that some past teams just didn't have. I really think this team is well focused on the task at hand and isn't prone to some of the old failings. You bring up a valid point from past experiences but I don't think it applies this year.

Yep. The normal break they get after Thanksgiving did not happen and 3 games in 12 days can wear on a team physically and mentally. The fact they won all 3 is pretty darn impressive. These extra days should go a long way in getting some guys who are nicked up a bit more healthy
