Well possibly, if we get a good comeback season from Sam Williams and Kneeland, Overshown comes back, Diggs gets his head out of his A, OSA gets help, they find a replacement for Lewis, Guyton decides to prove everyone wrong, Steele decides he’s done stealing from Jerry and wants to play, and the new backup gets an opportunity and blows it out of the ballpark because none of this matters if Dak is the starter all season.

So I change my mind… I don’t think so.

That's a lot of "what ifs" and hopeful thinking. This team is managed by idiots that will never do the right things it would take to get this team on the right path to the Super Bowl. The question fails to understand how far off the path this team really is. The wrong ownership, GM, on down to the head coach and some of the players keep this team off course. It's not even close.

Two drafted players would be great. They just wouldn't be our drafted players.

If we draft Barry Sanders and Randy Moss then we would have a shot at the playoffs. Our Achilles heal is run defense and we wouldn’t be able to stop playoff teams.

A RB and WR wouldn’t help us much IMO. Not against the big boys. If we struck gold with a 7th round flyer Ala Leon Lett and drafted a DE and that was another gem, then we’d have a conversation. I feel our front 7 is too weak, talent and mentality, to stop playoff teams from beating us. If we draft a WR and RB that would be exciting but I don’t think we can rely on out scoring teams as a strategy. Our offense being asked to get into track meets with other teams is not sustainable for playoff success IMO.
