I see the analogy you were trying to make, but it didn’t quite click. The Bears are the monster of the Midway. That title at least keeps them local… It does not ‘nationalize’ them. It’s not the same.

By the way, nothing speaks louder than cash. Go to tick pick, click on nfl, click on the bears. Then scroll down and see the HEAPEST current ticket price for EVERY Bears home game. The cheapest price for the Cowboys game is 376 dollars. Next closest price is 282 dollars in Chicago VS the Packers.

There you have it. I suspect the remaining road games the Cowboys play, if you go look at all those other teams home games, you will see more of the same.
