What is an elite coach?
Any coach that is currently winning, and that is not available. So fans use this excuse as a cop out complaint.

When these coaches are availsble, most of the time because the team started to lose and were fired. Then fans will call him a bad coach even if he comes here, just to rag on Jerry.

Was MM an elite coach? Then the team started to lose, mostly because of injuries. S now he is not one? Bill Parcells?
No other coach was given a chance to come here because Jerry wanted his HC in training, and kept him too long.

MM has us in the playoffs with double digit wins, 3 years in a row. That has not happened since the 90's.

Sir. I think you perfectly know what an elite coach is. Any coach that knows how to win and want to win doesn’t want to be coaching in Dallas because of Jones. Look what happened to Jimmy and Parcells, they got kicked and replaced with puppets.

MM is elite? I don’t think so, he is good but he sucks at time management, player development, adjusting, did you watch the last two games?

MM has double digits and 3 play off appearances, and then? Is that good enough for you? Who do you think the Cowboys are? We are not the Browns or Lions, what is wrong with you?
