Are there any available / unsigned LT's on the market?

Aaron Gibson, Ross Verbra, or Chris Terry sounds like the more reasonable choice here...

yeah, Verbva or Terry is my thinking and hopefully it's verba. Terry has had some attitude issues so Verba looks to be a safer pickup. Besides, he's better then Terry anyway.

Maybe Cha-Ron Dorsey has stayed in shape and we can go out and sign him............How about Xavier Collins?

I'd sign him just because I like the name Phil Boggle.

I still wish Dallas had signed Taco Wallace.

It's probably too late for anyone not now or previously on the squad to do anything but "emergency backup" this week and next. After that we have a bye, and we would have the right to sign Kurt Vollers then. Verba is probably the only one who could step in and manage the starting role half adequately, and I'm not confident of that. I think we are in deep doo-doo with Flo out for the season and Tucker the only real backup. Parcells really sounded down at the press conference today. Offensive tackle was our thinnest position. Even if Tucker is OK as a starter we still need some sort of back-up. Maybe Allen, but I don't think he can handle it as well as Tucker.

First thing I thought of of when I heard the news was "who picked up LJ Shelton?"

Damn the Browns.
Haha, TH!!

Every time I whined I wanted him last summer, you called him fat and lazy.

Which he was and may still be.

But he's standing.

In other words we wouldn't miss a beat.

Whats up with Flo's second MRI?

Rumours floating - any FACTS

Et tu, TH?

Surely you can't be among those who equate Flo's sometimes maddening inconsistency with a true, clueless, game changing turn-style whose MO appears to be deliberately rendering his quarterback lifeless?

I've seen enough of those stiffs over the years to understand that Flozell Adams on his WORST day is light years ahead of what COULD be....and I'm not saying that nightmare is Tucker...but they are out there and could end up here now.

Yes - we have won What in the Flozell Adams era - nada, zip, nothing.

We can't run left this year and penalty prone.

This is not a major end season issue. In fact we will bridge this just fine.

Just like Dat went down and we missed nothing.....

NO, I'm just joking as usual.

I think he is a true loss. I have no faith in Tucker. I'd like to see Peterman in the lineup but other than moving LA to T it isn't likely. It wouldn't shock me to see a vet T brought in. It wouldn't shock me to see Pettiti move to LT but I hope they leave him at RT and let him build his niche.

Parcells already said no to Allen and Petitti not moving.

Tucker is going to step up -

I wouldn't mind Aaron Gibson, he wasn't THAT terribly bad here, and then even started some games for the Bears, hes a big guy who could man the fort till Flo gets back, if not him then Verba or Columbo is our best option.
