Nothing to do with nnamdi but seriously, there are no great OL out there, no great safeties, nothing on DL but jenkins? There arent even any big name FA out there for us to sign. And please spare me with the Cleveland JAGs.

Why does it have to be a big name or a great player? Is it not enough to get some solid contributors onto the team that help improve the team?

People get way to caught up in picking up the high priced, hyped up, Free Agents.

Not really no. Great is pretty much off the table now. Put them together though, and we have improvement which is what we need.

Quoted for truth.

Dallas would do better getting a lot of strong, versatile role players.

Nope. We put all our eggs and the Nnamdi basket and lost.

you actually make sense for once.
I make sense all the time, most of you guys just have your silver and blue glasses on and can't stand when a fan criticizes the team or Jerry.

Cullen Jenkins. Ranked as the #3 3-4 DE in the league on one site I was looking at yesterday. Would help our pass-rush and be a big upgrade over Igor. Sign him Jerry!

As far as safeties go, not much left. Elam and Sensy may be the best option.

Generally great FA are far and few between. If they are "Great" then they woulnd't be let go by their team. Superbowls are won by draft and grooming. Now have WE done that? Remains to be seen.

You expect me to tell you what Jerry's timetable is? I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't anything more. I just think it would be wise to sign strong versatile role players.

Spot on.

The difference between the safeties who have been signed and the experienced safeties who are still available (Huff, Pool, Pollard, Goldson, Sensabaugh) is nowhere near as huge as people seem to think. Weddle, Harper, and Manning weren't especially "great" game-changing safeties -- except for maybe Weddle, who re-signed with his own team.

Same with defensive linemen -- who was the "great" 3-4 DL we missed out on, exactly? Stephen Bowen?

Mebane from Seattle is pretty good. And he's only 26 I believe

Would love to see him signed. I'd be fine with Elam or Pool at S.

Did D. Manning sign somewhere already?
