Hopkins just does not fit the Cowboys profile. They are not gonna give up a second round pick for him and the pay him over 20 million. Then again he would put us over the top. A receiving duo of DHop and CeeDee would be the best in football. I do think we will get a receiver through a trade. So many are available between DHop, Cooks, and Denver’s guys.

I don’t have Twitter, but apparently Micha parsons is tweeting stuff about him
No. He's a top end player with a 17m cap hit and a market value of over 20 million.

The Cowboys aren't desperate enough to do something like that. And when they're not, they never make moves like this.

I want Jeudy. Im not sure if a 2 is enough to get him, it could be. But I’d be all over that.
This would be the best option because not much would be needed salary cap wise. It would basically be for 2 years because no way you pay him and Lamb. I guess 2 questions need to be answered. 1) Is a 2 to much for a 2 year rental 2) Would Juedy be OK with it and not hold out

I would consider taking him off their hands but with that contract he is basically worthless. No way would I give up any picks for him. You would almost have to give me a 7th to take him. These guys might make insane money but in my eyes most of them have negative value. This guy included.

Nobody know whether we'll get Andre Hopkins or not. He won't come cheaply and our FO is allergic to overspending. I think we're likely to draft another promising TE, instead, who is able to block and get downfield extremely well. The upcoming draft is especially rich in those types. Dak will like that.

Im kinda interested in the response. Seeing some comments people have made about Hopkins, I dont think Cowboys fans know anything about this player. Washed up ( not even close), injury prone ( missed more than one game due to injury once in his career) drops too many passes (it took him 5 years to drop as many passes as TO dropped in an average season)
In 2022 he missed the last two games Wk 17 & 18.
In 2021 he missed Wk 9, 10, 11 and then 15, 16, 17, 18.

Oct 28, 2021 NFL Thigh Hamstring Strain Grade 2 Hopkins aggravated his hamstring injury in the Cardinals' loss to the Packers. He missed three games
Dec 13, 2021 NFL Knee MCL Tear Grade 3 Hopkins suffered a torn MCL in the Cardinals' loss to the Los Angeles Rams. He missed the rest of the regular season.
Dec 29, 2022 NFL Knee Strain Grade 1 Hopkins' knee "flared up" late in the week, per NFL.com. He missed Week 17 and 18.

OBJ or Hopkins, or just go into the draft. I hope one of those two. Then an offensive lineman and defensive lineman at the very top of the draft.

Dak wouldn't know what to do with him. It'd be a waste.

Thank God for Micah Parsons!! It’s really nice to see a guy on the inside and probably the best player on the team apply some pressure.. even if it doesn’t work it’s being seen and talked about by management, unlike the rants and ideas here!

I think OBJ makes a bigger impact on this team. Im not saying he's the better player. I just don't believe his knee will hold up throughout the season.
