I didn't really think too much about at the time but Could Romo have played in the St. Luis, gints or TB games with the problem pinkie.

And I didn't understand why yesterday Barber couldn't start, but could play some .

I mean he should have started and laid it on the line until he couldn't play anymore .
Third and one and we pass, while Barber is on the sideline ,but he comes in on the next set of downs.
I didn't get it.

We know Witten is as tough as they come and T.O has played with alot more severe injuries in the past.

So are some of our stars soft?

I know I'll get slammed for this question,
But I was Just wondering

What's this we stuff, you got a mouse in your pocket? :p:

On a serious note...I think at this point you don't even have to ask that question because the answer seems pretty obvious...and I don't say that in a sarcastic or critical way towards you.

is a frogs arse water tight?

Psychologically, we're not tough, but aside from Wade and Romo, I dont see a bunch of softies. I see a bunch of egomaniacs who think they're better than what they really are and have no accountability.

I see unmotivated players more than anything. If you want to win then you will put forth the necessary effort to do so.

however, as an employee, if i don't see my company going in a clear direction, what motivation do i have to help us get nowhere?

Reminds me of "the Bobs" scene in office space.

Just stating what I see when they (players) are on the field and sidelines. Direction and motivation comes from all sides. IMO it starts with the players applying themselves.

Alof the the fans are soft in the head, if thats what you are asking

i agree. with romo for example, *he* could still play with fire and emotion and try to do the best he can. this to me would include celebrating with players after a good play (i can't believe against the ravens he didn't celebrate w/witten after witten limped out of the endzone) and work with them on the miscues they continue to have on the sidelines.

instead he's sitting down doing his best opie impersonation.

but what i can't say is what is between the players and the coaches right now. that aside romo can still do more to show leadership and he simply didn't do it.

leave ware, and witten out, and yeah the rest of them seem soft and gutless.
