Are you a believer?

ill admit the last 17 years have had me waiting for the bottom to fall out almost weekly this year.

After yesterday I was thinking if it was any other team in the NFL that whooped the Colts 42-7 they would be seen as Super Bowl bound.

So why not the Cowboys?!

We have a really good chance of making the superbowl. This team doesn't give up.

We haven't won anything yet. Enjoy the win. But another first round playoff loss and we've achieved nothing.

I'm holding my breath. I'll start hollering when we make the NFC-CS. Gotta get that bye.

I am a believer but anyone of Seattle, GB, Detroit and Dallas could win the NFC. Arizona is in tough because of the injury to Palmer, Atlanta's offense is formidable and they could shock anyone, while Carolina would be nothing more than a speed bump.

Because we're the Cowboys. Everyone, media and some fans, are waiting for the bottom to fall out so they can say "See, I told you!" I'm happy to say I'm NOT one of those people.

I don't see this team losing to anyone in the NFC now.

They might not have a great pass rush, but you can count on this D getting turnovers and playing hard.

On offense I don't know how you stop that show. Romo is looking ridiculously good, they have numerous running and receiving threats, and then there is that formidable OL.

I'm done being critical about anything with this organisation. This team is a winner.

Go Cowboys! :starspin:

I want to be a believer, but it's tough to ignore what's going on elsewhere right now. If things fall right, I think they might be able to make it to the NFCCG. Seattle looks really, really good though. I think the Seahawks are back to their Super Bowl winning form, and I feel bad for whomever is going to run into them.

I'm hopeful that Dallas gets another crack at AZ in the Wild Card Round, and with some luck, they head to Detroit instead of Green Bay. If that scenario plays out, I think they have a legit shot at a couple of playoff wins. Getting a 3rd win could be tough, unless GB would shock Seattle and Dallas could play at home in the NFCCG. If so, all bets are off, and I'd be expecting a helluva ride.

Already exceeded my expectations on the year. From here on out it's gravy. Will be upset at any loss but reality is never expected to be playing in the post season any way. Been a good season regardless. One to at least build on.

Your one of those fans that like setting themselves up for failure. You refuse to give any credit, until they meet YOUR expectations. Now bysaying that, DOES NOT mean others have lower expectations. It means we can enjoy the moments, the wins, and appreciate the position we are in at this time.
If lose, you say I told you so, if win, you say you were glad you were wrong. What a way for these type of fans.

This isn't a so called "realist" fan approach either.
They have won something, they WON, and I mean WON the NFC East. Before the last week of the season. and will be 11-5 or 12-4.

So have your approach, but you aren't bringing me down.
