true

but dak will have a $50,000,000 cap hit next season that is over 20% of the entire cap by himself about double that it was this season

so that will all be the same but every thing else will be worse also
Yep. We will be a bad team next year. The Division is getting better but we will mentally regress.

Realistically you have to look towards the 2025 draft and pray we find a QB.

I'd trade Tank for a 3rd or 4th rounder. Why wait till he's broken and ineffective. We always hold onto players well past their prime . Trade Gallup if we get DHop. I don't trust that our middle D line is fixed. What would the Eagles GM do? D Payne and D Hop would be signed to team friendly deals. Trade Kearse and play the youngsters. Kearse is NOT all world like we thought.

And more talent. Is that available via free agency?
We can't afford free agency....gotta build with what we have. At least for now. Another thing is that restructuring Dak's deal is the only way to bring in free agents....but, he doesn't have to restructure...

The only three-peat jerry is sniffing these days is being embarrassed by the 49ers in the divisional round

Let's use Eagles type money and contracts. Of course the Eagles pay their Qb decent money NOT the dam bank.

There’s no way Zeke is still RB1 and I doubt Quinn will be back, but other than that, I fear you’re right.

Jones & co are going to spin it and say that we’re soooooo close to that ultimate goal. We have seen the same dog & pony show for the last 28 years now.

There will be no sweeping changes this offseason.

Jerry will still be the GM.
Zeke will still be RB1.
Dak will still be the QB.
McCarthy will still be the HC.
Quinn and Moore will be in their jobs unless they get picked up. Quinn will get picked up.
There will be no big FA signings.
We will not draft a QB in the first.

That's just how it's gonna be. We all know this, right?
That's pretty realistic look at the next 7 months. and we have seen this movie before.
First things first for Jerruh. He will double down and say "Dak Prescott is my quarterback" and we still like our guys, or something to that effect. He cant accept how feckless the team was in the closing minutes.
I may have imagined it, but thought Fox cameras showed Jerry shrug once as he exited the owners suite as the Levi stadium lights were going out.

I believe they need to immediately begin planning for Dak’s departure. He is a good QB that obviously has the talent to beat other teams in the regular season. The best teams with the best defenses will meet you if your team makes it this far. This is as far as they go with Dak.

There will always be some injuries and imperfections. I can agree that the team needs more weapons, but Dak was skittish and imprecise on many throws. 2 picks and 1 should be pick 6 where his offensive line provided plenty of protection given the defense they were playing. Dak stared down each of those throws and the defenders made breaks on the ball.

I think they extend him no matter what. This team is terrified of making a big miss on that position.

I’m prepared for this organization to be average every year. Good enough to flirt with or make the playoffs but wild card win is the ceiling. This organization sucks from the top down

Yup., this is a clown show organization that makes money, no changes needed.

The only thing you might be wrong about is Zeke.
Hopefully even Jerry sees he's washed.

Never should have played the Niners on the road to begin with. This team should have beaten the Pack, Jags and Commodes and finished 15-2 to win the division.
Those were winnable games (2 against non-playoff teams) and they simply didn't take care of business during the regular season.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but could have clinched division even at 14-3.

They will talk a good game about changes and improvements and how it will be better….but we know it is still … just talk ….

I'm not convinced we would have beaten the 49ers in Dallas. We didn't beat them last year in Dallas. I know different teams yada yada, but same clown show.
