Obviously if they're injured. Play snap counts are something we really don't know about. I'd be intrigued to see how they factor that. I know McCarthy is more on the safe side, which I agree with for the most part. But I do question why Mazi only got 20% of the snaps, as an example.
We know why.

He's a backup, and he plays a role that doesn't see a lot of snaps anyways. He's basically Bohanna right now.

Our players are so fantastic their very existence practically guarantees victory. Suiting up to play the games is optional. Jerry says so.
I mean we make the league money, jerry gets his cut, the least they could do is play us like it's their superbowl

You see this happening in the NBA, you saw MM rest 3 OL guys. My question with us resting those guys is, if this were a bigger matchup, would those guys have played in the game????

I understand it's a long season, but the guys I saw on the sidelines looked fine enough to play, please give your thoughts on this topic
Parsons has that Debbie

The Cowboys are proven playoffs performers who can turn on the switch whenever they want. The regular season is an unnecessary grind for them. They can not get better as they are already optimal. Also we are a road titans so home field advantage throughout the playoffs is not necessary either. We should rest the entire team every 4 games and take a disqualification. Would be worth it in the end when Jerry lifts his well deserved lombardi.
I was going to email Jerry Jones and ask to play 3 possessions at QB in next year's pre season. Sounds crazy, right? I mean, why would the Cowboys give valuable snaps in pre season to someone who is not going to be involved in anything in the future?

But yet the Cowboys valued the pre season so little that they let a guy do just that - take valuable snaps when it was already publicly stated he wasn't going to be on the team after that.

This was in addition to bubble-wrapping all the starters to "avoid injuries". That aged well considering the M*A*S*H* Unit of an offensive line just 3 games in & Diggs out for the year.
