this turned out fine, id rather play a weak seattle team and go play overated chicago, who has lost the LAST 3 playoff games at HOME. Then go play a talented giants team and a hot talented saints team in their house. Things are going to work out, we will play at new orleans for the nfc.

It doesnt really matter. A home game would have been nice.

The nfc is all the same. The giants have the same chance to win the nfc as chicago does.

The giants in the next two weeks, if they decide to stick to the running game could knock off the eagles and the bears, which in turn if we could win would send us to new orleans.

The giants got whipped by seattle, chicago, philly, new orleans and split with us.....as sorry as that is, I could see them pulling out a game.

Its week to week and matchup to matchup

I wouldn't put us in the championship just yet, but I would definately want to stay away from the NFC East in the playoffs. And I have no confidence in our ability to win at home anymore. Making it to the SB on the road is extremely rare, but I tend to not care about what teams have done in the past. All I can comment on is the team that I see this year. And I have more faith in them playing on the road with the odds against them.

Are you blind? None of this matters if we play like we've played vs. the saints and the eagles. We've shown zero in big statement games of late.

The way this team is playing we won't win a game in the playoffs, let alone make the NFC championship game. Plus Romo can't be good teams anyways.

Well said....

I don't understand how we can lose to teams like the Saints and Eagles at home, with so much on the line. And, it's not like they squeaked by. They owned us. We looked like a team that didn't really care.

Yet, we beat the Colts (handing them their first loss), and the Giants (a desperate team). Both the Colts and Giants are better than Philly.

I can understand losing to the Saints to an extent. They were a hot team. Yet, we don't even show up for the game.

Teams that win in the playoffs are usually hot....they usually don't get beaten like a rented mule at home against rivals.

Our defense is weak....our OL is starting to get Romo killed.

I'm happy we made the playoffs....but I'm beginning to doubt our ability to win in the playoffs.

Lets see what you say when seattle hands us our helmets in the first round.

I hope I am wrong, but our Oline cant play with a real NFL defense, and or Defense cant rush a real Oline. Against the Detroits of the world, we can look ferocious, but a real team presents problems for us. I dont think it matter who we play, unless we play Detroit in the playoffs.

Thats a lot of travelling, all the way to the northwest in probably a very cold game. Then across the country to Chicago, where it is most definitly going to be a crisp 10 degrees for gametime.

Blind? Save the exaggerated insults, disappointed and disheartened by an underperforming team is what most have expressed.

Besides if we were blind why would we be on a visual media source, huzzah!

The playoffs are a whole new season, the 8-8 Giants have just a good a shot as the soon to be 14-2 Bears. As a matter of fact if they both played right now I'd put my money on the Giants. Thats just the way the NFC is these days.

Hoping for the weaker team says alot about our team... That doesn't translate into Championships, it translates into being an 'also ran'.

I think they can compete with the teams that have beaten us, they (Bill) just has to accept that he has to adjust. Moving forward with what you always do doesn't work.

Despite their record, I'd put money on almost anybody playing the Bears. They seem capapble of losing to anyone at any time.

I certainly don't think they can take us if we get that far... But then I had faith we could beat the Saints and the Eagles.

we can beat Seattle, we can make a few adjustment, get the team in the right frame of mind, and play a strong game and win. meanwhile the Giants stun the Eagles on a late FG and win. We go to Chicago, Giants to NO. We put up 30 points which the chicago offense can't duplicate, while the Giants sack Brees 4 times and force 3 INTs - final score 24 - 20. Giants play in Dallas for the NFC Champioinship... PRESTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Boys just need to take care of them selves. No matter who they play.

But thats one of our bigger problems, we cant adjust to anything or anyone. We dont make adjustments. We just go out and run the same plays that did not work in the first half all over again in the 2nd half. We dont take things away from teams that work in the first half. We just dont adjust.

your question was "are we blind"

my statement would be, apparently you are too

have you not seen what this team has done the last 4 weeks?

It doesnt matter who we play in the postseason, we're getting stomped out in one game...Hasselback will probably throw for 350+ against us
