Selecting Diggs was a no brainer. He was the natural pick to replace Byron Jones, plus I think Diggs will be better than Jones.

As I hear it, this would've been pick 17 if Chaisson and Lamb
were gone.

I think the kid will bring something to the secondary we haven't

For me this pick kind of solidified our draft. Yes lamb wss the big splash but getting him in the 2nd round when hes a bottom of the first talent was amazing. Once they got to the bears pick before us and jaylon johnson and diggs were on the board i was estatic. Either corner can ball. I preferred johnson but once he was off the board i did kind of a fake pen throw because i knew diggs was there. Cant believe he was there and filled a huge need. He can compete for an outside spot immediately.
