I used to be superstitious as a kid. I remember being a little kid and on Saturday nights I would go to bed with my fingers crossed thinking that would help the Cowboys on Sunday, lol.

The Mavs won the NBA title. The Rangers hold the AL home field advantage for the MLB post season. If they win the World Series are you going to think it is the Cowboys destiny?

Before anyone says yes, remember this, never in History has one city held all 3 or even 3 of 4 (counting hockey) of the major sports titles.

Just curious if it would affect anyone and how. If anyone feels like commenting on how cool it would be for one city to own all 3 titles go ahead.

If you prefer to talk about tacos, that's fine too.

Yes I am but this won't happen because my Yankees are winning it again this year! They are a game up on the Rangers in the AL too aren't they?

If it can't be the Yanks, Ranger's would be my choice to represent the AL and it would be really cool to see all three win. Especially when two of the teams have not been powerhouse's in the championships. It's not as big a deal if it's in NY or Boston, imo.

hockey season only just started, so hockey will have to come after the SB.

As for the Rangers, I do hope they win!

As for us, *CROSS FINGERS* I'm not superstitious, but the NO Saints was the first team to win the SB the first time they got there, sans whatever you consider to be the first game or whatnot. not sure of that record, but I heard that teams that make it to the SB the first time, don't win, and the Saints were the first to do that.

What about the Jets, Steelers, 49ers, Bears, Giants, Ravens, and Bucs, all Super Bowl winners their first time in the big show?
