Guys who need to step up their game:

Dwayne Harris: three consecutive kickoff returns to the 15 -- what's up with that?

Cole Beasley: why does he take a dive every time a defender gets within ten yards of him?

Terence Williams: after disappearing for the last several games, Tony threw several passes his way, but he didn't fight off defenders to make the catch, instead looking for help from the refs.

Jermey Parnell: when he came in to replace Doug Free, it seems like we completely lost the ability to run to the right.

Guys who need to have continued success:

Jason Witten: I think his first four catches all went for first downs, although not each of those throws cam on third down.

Dez Bryant: three TDs, the "X-Factor" had a monster game and needs two more to close out the year.

Defensive line: the much maligned line came up with several sacks and need to do the same against Colts QB Andrew Luck; Luck is a quantum leap better than Sanchez.

Beasley knows his job. He has no business taking hits. Get the reception, the yards you can, and preserve yourself. I have zero issue with him getting down.

Williams I am confused by. On the one hand - I want him to get more aggressive. You have hands dude, use them. On the other, that Offensive Pass Interference. I mean, that was after he was held by Cary Williams....

I'm not suggesting Beasley take a hit, I know he's too small for that. But he seems to go down when there are still yards to be gained. Of course, maybe his recent fumble-itis is causing him to be less aggressive.

I want to see more blitzes from that A gap. I'd send Hitchens on those as well. He does have an act for finding those holes on run stops. Force the QB to flush out and into the hands of our DEs.

Williams is a disaster - Body Catcher and doesn't run crisp routes - I was excited about him last year, but this year I can't wait for someone to replace him. I would use Street some more and see what we have there and make Williams think about improving his route running.

I said last night that I feel Harris has little awareness of a game's momentum.

When the dam broke and Philly got all the momentum, Harris kept bringing the ball out while deep in the end zone and had a hard time just getting to the 20 with a few times putting us around the 15. (Good grief, a penalty would've made it even worse.)

I know most athletes think they're the guy who's gonna "the" play that turns it all around, and I'm certain Harris feels the same way, but to me, it's about game awareness and knowing the situation (especially with momentum swings) and making the safe play.

I blame the ST coach....seems like they are just a poorly coached group. That play where Harris had to abandon his return spot to cover a guy was inexcusable.

Michael Irvin was a body catcher. He admitted it. And he said it served him very well this time of year -- he said hand catchers don't do nearly as well this time of year and body catching is actually a good thing when the weather turns colder.

Great awareness by Harris to cover that guy. Wonder how the game's momentum might have changed if he didn't.

the blocking for harris has been terrible all year on punts and kickoffs. harris isn't the problem. he had one of the most heads up plays of the year yesterday when he came up to cover the free man on the punt.

Yes, it was a great, heads-up play for sure.

Just wish he was more selective on his returns.

I've publish a review later, but Parnell was not the problem in runs to the right.

I didn't think he was either.

I did notice they were bum-rushing the dude with two DL form his first snap. He almost didn't stand a chance.

Blood in the water.............

There is nothing wrong with being a body catcher - if you do it well. Williams is like a 50/50 catcher if that. If he ran crisper routes it may allow him to get more separation and allow him to control the ball in space more. When Williams has no separation its hard for him to catch the ball without separation which leads to the majority of the pass breakups.
