And yet the giants were playing a couple of backup LBs yesterday who looked like world beaters....they and Philly seem to always have LBs.

Needed Dat and Al. Guys are trying but James isnt a defensive anchor, Ware is getting schemed out and the others just arent up to full NFL starter speed.

Our linebackers are bad. Bottomline. James is a good player, Ware will be good once he learns the position. But Shanle and Fujita are routinely blocked on running plays and even when they're free they miss tackles

James is average at best, an ok player....leading a team in tackles doesnt always add up to being a player.....heck someone on the Texans has a boatload of tackles also....stats sometimes dont tell the whole story....I didnt say he stunk, I just said he is average....

When the hell did telling your left tackle to own Ware by himself become scheming him out? Ware's been getting schemed out this way every week. NO freakin team is doing ANYTHING special to block Ware.

alot of the plays today had the LT leaving or chipping ware and the Hback or guard picking him up. Depends if they ran too him or away from him. Gibbs runs a **** load of traps and such which is hard to read for a rookkie.

To your real point however, Ware is getting owned by simple stuff. He is not making plays. I Do think that this team is"over coached".

Just watch him rush the passer, the left tackles are not getting any help against Ware because they don't need it, he has ZERO moves, he either beats them outside or runs straight into their chest. Why was he drafted so high? Because he was a pass rushing demon. I don't see it.

Our LB's were questionable at best going into this season and changing to a 3-4 D. Losing Al and Dat and no imagination from Mike (the village idiot) Zimmer only make that position a complete mess. I expect much more next year.
