Think next week is a statement game. In the past they let bad teams hang around. We should see some offense next week. They should dominate next week.

The game against Denver in '21 was the last true "trap game". After that whenever we lost to a so called weak opponent it was because of inability or stupidity. These weak teams were simply better.

Personally I don't believe in trap games. I coach a youth soccer team and whenever a player called an upcoming opponent weak he wouldn't be in the starting formation. They learned quickly. You can address individual weaknesses but never think of an opponent as weak or bad as a whole. Even the smallest dog can bite as we say over here. They somehow all deserve to be in your league.

Anyway, McCarthy has done a very good job in those first two games. What exactly makes you think he could fall for a trap game?

If anything is a trap game it will be the Giants and 49ers. I can see the 49ers thinking the Giants are weak and the Giants pulling an upset. I feel that’s more of a trap game than Dallas and Arizona.

So far with this season my observation is we won’t fall for a trap game because when we get on top we don’t let up. In the past we played to the level of our competition. This year we’re stomping on opponents that we are better then. I don’t see MM, DQ and Parsons letting us get trapped.

This team is too young to fall into a trap game, particularly the defense. They are just having too much fun going all out on every play.

I don't think they know how not to give maximum effort. Besides, there are so many good young players that they don't want to embarrass themselves in front of each other.

yeah they are playing hard, I dont think they are tanking right now.
they will play hard in the dallas game.
Also teams good or bad will rise up to beat a unbeaten team, or a team like dallas.

So far no turnovers for dallas, should have been a int early, but if they start making mistakes, they could lose to one of these lower level teams.
