I was sure this RT was an amazing pick at 12 and you can put him at RG and kick him out to Steele’s position later but the secret is out after the combine and teams are looking at the tape again with those numbers.

I would be shocked if he was the pick at 12 and wont be there at 44. The player is in no mans land as far as being the pick without a trade back.

100% agree with all this.

Monster!!! Cowboys need Monsters!!!
He would be a great pick. Could be the first OL taken. His arms weren't as short as people thought at 33.5. They want to get tougher on the OL.

A great pick indeed, give me Membou over Tet or Mykel.

No…it’s a weak OT class and we already have multiple 1st rounders invested in the 1st round + are paying Steele.

Someday, the Cowboys will figure out that you build a football team from the trenches out. We have a lot of hopium on the OL right now. Our best player retired. Steele isn't any good and our rookie LT last year was anything but promising. We might need to move Guyton over to right tackle. So OL makes a whole lot of sense here. If it's not OL it needs to be DL. We need a pass rusher and it wouldn't hurt to have a DT who can actually hold up against the run.

Facts. First 2 picks should be oline and dline. The talent will be there. Oh well

As a rule, plug-n-play OTs always go top 15. Go look at past draft classes, teams never let tackles drop. Last year was an exception because that OT class was so freakishly loaded.

Anyway, this is no 2024 tackle class. Will Campbell and Kelvin Banks are both guards, depending on who you ask, and Josh Simmons has injury red flags. Membou looks like the next most viable tackle prospect after those three, and some teams may rate him as the only viable tackle this year.

I think Membou goes no later than that #15 pick, and if things shake out right, he could go way earlier that. It's a long shot, but I could see the Patriots taking him at 4 if they grade him as OT1.

he has never played a LT,he was always the right tackle ,not saying he can't play LT but we already have a guy who had never played LT struggling there in Guyton.
