The young 4th rounder is showing up in ways that Taco never has. Its too early to jump to any big conclusion, but if Taco doesnt start making better progress, this kid could leap frog him sooner than later.

Taco played pretty good last night but so did the rookie Armstrong. It's a pleasant problem to have.

Taco played well last night? Few pressures, just missed a sack. Plus playing against higher quality opposition. Don't get me wrong, I like this Armstrong kid, but Taco did just fine.

I agree and also liked the fact how even if they did not get to the QB they got their hands up and were tipping balls which lead to an int

Both looked really good yesterday.

There is really no need for Tyrone Crawford to be on this roster anymore.

Tyrone Crawford is still the guy he has always been. Great against the run but a below average pass rusher.

Taco looked much improved last night. You could see the increases quickness, power and better technique.

He is a progress stopper and should really only be on this roster if we get decimated by injury.

Tank, Taco, Gregory, Armstrong, and even Tapper have more upside.

I kinda feel the same way about T. Will. Hurns does everything and more that Williams does.

I agree with both of you. They both played good last night. Our D-line has come a long way in the last several years. Wasn't that long ago we were desperate to find someone who could get pressure. Now we have several guys that can do it. I really like the direction this team is in. We are going to be a competitive team for years to come.

Intangibles and leadership brah.

But yea, if these guys are panning out T-Crawford will be looking for a new team sooner than later.
Safe this year though

The next question, especially if Gregory progresses quickly is d.law

Taco, Armstrong, Gregory, tapper...another sleeper 4th round pik along lines of tapper, Armstrong

De film room real crowded

I liked what Armstrong showed, but it's important to remember that he was playing against a lot of the backups to the backups. He did what he needs to do by looking good against that competition. Hopefully that moves him up ahead of Ealy so that we can see what he can do as the second-team right end.

Oh boy here we go with this ********... If I'm not mistaken Taco played well last night. Both guys showed something.
