The fact that they've been talking to DEs could mean that Ellis is as good as gone. JMO.

Surprising that there weren't any reports of them talking to Olinemen. We need to get younger on O.

Kind of appears that way , but seems like they are looking for more of an end that can go to Linebacker....The ends they have looked at seem to be in the 250s-260s range

You obviously haven't been following the freak show. The Commander' fans are sure they are gonna get a boatload of picks for Patrick Ramsey, plus they're gonna have 15-20 million dolars to spend in free agency.

Just a guess on my part, O-Line problems will be fixed with Veteren FA's (didn't we learn our lesson with Petitti and Tucker)...unless of course BP is still looking for his elusive Center...

Skins will find out that Ramsey won't bring much more then a third rounder. I do think they will try package Arrington into an arrangement to somehow get a first round pick. Many Skins believe they are no more then 1 player away from SB win.

Interesting Cowboys talked to 2 DEs but also thought I read we also talked to Manny Lawson who would be great fit at OLB for us. Did you read Bears tidbit re Jonathan Scott. Thought he consider a quality OT Cowboys should be interested in, but if Bears believe he needs NFL coaching before he can start, we shouldn't draft him cause I've no faith in Sparano to get the job done. Maybe he drops to 2nd round, but then again we got Sparano is still the coach. But if Scott, who considered first rounder not yet ready, what's left in this so called deep OT draft & what will be available in 2nd round if value. Looking forward to Senior Bowl on Saturday.

I think this means we're more than likely taking a 'tweener LB with our first pick.

Yea uh huh they were two deep balls and 4 minutes from sitting at home during the playoffs watching Dallas Play. There are several teams that are one, two or three players away from winning the Superbowl including Dallas. One or two key players could propel a team not only into the playoffs but into the Superbowl. In retrospect there probably three or four teams that made the Playoffs that next year MY NOT including the Skins. Thats the Parity of the NFL right now.

Interesting. I was hoping Jonathan Scott, the Tackle out of Texas would fall and possibly be available in the 2nd Round for us but looks like alot of teams are showing alot of interest in him. Of course, all of the conversations could jut nothing but smoke.

The New York Jets could totally throw the draft out of whack depending on who they pick.

They were looking at guys who would be outside linebackers in a 3-4.

I don't believe that's the position that Greg Ellis plays.

Still need an edge rusher if Ellis leaves. Not many on the team now.

Considering that Greg had 1 combined sack in his final 6 games, along with fact that he's 31 next year, I'm pretty certain we need another edge rusher even if he stays.

It's kind tough to get sacks from the bench- Ellis had a couple of those games where he played like 15 snaps.

Other than Ware - we have not had an edge rusher in over a decade. Excellent point Junk.

Lawson is the real deal.
