Yeah, poor Tank is being exploited. He hasn't been given enough chances. Multiple gun charges, including finding SIX guns in his home, two of which were assault rifles (yeah, I'm sure they were registered). Just give the guy a break. This is clearly an issue of racism. I'm sure a certain momo would concur.

What qualifies as an "assault rifle" in one state doesn't always in another. And all of his guns were in fact registered.

He's a moron for not complying with the laws of the state he was in but he's hardly the only moron on the planet when it comes to gun laws.
