As expected, franchise tags are flying

Several players tagged today, including our own Demarcus Lawrence.

Grady Jarrett, Frank Clark, and Jadeveon Clooney were all tagged.

That shows us the market for defensive linemen ladies and gentlemen.

And it's more food for thought for people who thought it would be easy to undercut or replace Lawrence. Defensive line difference makers are rare, and those who have them do not let them go easily.

Trey Flowers is the big deal this year... guy on one of the pats boards was thinking he would get 50-60m guaranteed... thats just wow, holy sht money ...

Belichick is the most disciplined personnel guy I have ever seen. He makes mistakes, they all do, but he consistently puts a championship worthy team on the field.

Mostly... except for 2005... there was something fundamentally wrong with the defense that year... but then Eric Manjudas left for the jetes and things turned around...
