You talk about a guy who could change the Cowboy's culture his first day on the field Cam Skattebo would be that guy. My only concern is he could easily be the next Marion Barber meaning that he would be an awesome bruising running back but he also might not be long for the league because with a running style like that he would be prone to concussions.

I doubt if he lasts more then 3 years. Those 3 years might be really good, but he doesn't have the style of running that lasts long.

ps. Look up John Brockington in Green Bay. He was bigger but found out after 3 years you can't survive long in the league trying to run over people.

I think Skattebo fits the mold of what they're looking for in a RB. However, I feel Quinshon Judkins is at the top of the list.

Some players are better College players than they are NFL players. For some reason I think Skattebo falls into this category.
He reminds me of Montee Ball(2nd round pick)for the Broncos. A lot of talent, but for one reason or another it never translated to NFL football.
I don't wish ill will on the player and I hope he can make it work, but I wouldn't draft him.

In the first three rounds a WR and a RB will be taken, with running back being the more likely of the two to be picked in a later round. But im willing to bet one of the top 4 WR will be our first round pick.

I love Henderson more than Hampton, his instant acceleration is so different than Hampton. if we trade down into the 20s I have no problem drafting Henderson

Scarbrough ran for 1,512 yards on 267 career attempts with 20 TDs. He also caught 21 passes for 131 yards. He averaged 5.7 ypc.

Skattebo had more yards, attempts, and TDs last year than Scarbrough had in his entire college career. He also had a better ypc.

Skattebo also caught 45 passes for 600+ yards last year. He’s a good pass catcher. He also has better vision and hits the right holes more consistently.

I’m not seeing the comparison.
