I've come around on Reddick assuming we use him properly. He can play SLB, he can put his hand on the ground in passing situations. Further, let's note that Jaylon Smith is no sure thing to reach his potential and Lee isn't a spring chicken anymore. The best outcome is you have Lee, Smith and Reddick dominating at LB for the next few years. The worst case, is Lee just starts to dive a bit in production due to age and injuries, Smith never reaches his potential............. at that point you might he happy you have Reddick.
